The room I stayed in felt overpriced for what it offered. The cleanliness left much to be desired and the bedding was uncomfortable.

Tastefully decorated rooms complete with the hot tub, a jacuzzi and fridge. All in all they offer good service.

The location was excellent and unbeatable: shopping centres and various stores were within walking distance. Just a 5-minute walk away there was Spagna tube station. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast...

The breakfast was not freesh at all and felt more like a cramped corridor! Plus, being treated like just any other 'guest' was so disappointing. After all the inconvenience, I expected at least some gesture, but no, just another letdown. I almost thought of giving a better review but just couldn't!

The staff were cute, providing us with thoughtful recommendations for local dining and attractions, making our stay feel personalized.

I stayed in a Double Room with Terrace for 2 nights. The room was spacious, super clean, and decorated beautifully. I loved having access to the terrace-it was the perfect spot to relax. The bed was comfy, especially after a long day exploring. Dario and the staff were really nice too! The bathroom had high ceilings, feel even more luxurious. Breakfast was enjoyable too, setting us up nicely for our days out. Just keep in mind there are lots of stairs to navigate!
